The Construction Catering team is made up of highly experienced individuals in both management and catering services. We recognise that you require our service to be delivered efficiently, in a timely manner and within budget on-site. Personal summary:
Bryan has over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry and is the owner of a 3rd generation local family business in Limerick established in 1915 (100 years old).Bryan has been running the Unicorn Bar and Restaurant for the last 12 years, which is in the Greene family since 1958. Bryan manages 25 employees and his priority is on customer care and quality without compromise.
Bryan is a capable person from a strong catering background with the motivation, enthusiasm and commitment to take full responsibility for the day to day management of a busy local restaurant. Possessing an ability to create seasonally inspired menus and prepare locally sourced food to the highest standard of hygiene and presentation which goes beyond the expectations of diners. Having a keen commercial eye and proven track record of introducing cost saving innovation and ideas, whilst driving profit without sacrificing quality.
